The Function Room is on the first floor of a newly constructed medieval style timber frame barn



There is seating for 40-45 persons for table service meal/buffet.
All tables, including the cake table, and chairs are provided within the hire charge.

Our dedicated caterers will be happy to discuss your individual requirements.
We do not have a liquor license but you are welcome to provide your own drinks.

A large room on the ground floor is equipped with catering facilities including dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave.

The venue also includes a private outside area with stunning views for a fantastic backdrop to your special photographs of family and friends. It also provides a large seating area where your guests can enjoy reception drinks and canapés. A level site is available for a small marquee that can be hired.

The Countryside Centre is available from 9.00am to 12.00 midnight on the day and the following morning from 9.00am to 11.00am to collect wine, flowers and presents.

Deposits and Cancellations

The hirer will pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total facility hire at the time of confirmed reservation. The balance is to be paid 14 days prior to the event. Reservations made within 30 days of the event, to be paid in full on confirmation. In the event of cancellation, the following charges will be made: cancellation of a confirmed booking - loss of deposit. Cancellation with less than six months notice - 100% of estimated total charge.

Corporate And Business Function Rooms.


COUNTRYSIDE CENTRE HIRE CHARGES
There are two rooms available for hire.


The downstairs rooms, which will seat 12-20 people, has a work surface and cupboards with tea and coffee making facilities, microwave, dishwasher and sink.



The upstairs room, which will seat 20-40 people, has a sink and a small work surface plus tea and coffee making facilities.

Tables and chairs are available in both rooms.

Hire Charges

Downstairs room £35 per session (morning/afternoon/evening)
Upstairs room £50 per session (morning/afternoon/evening)
Session times are: Morning 9.00-12.30: Afternoon 1.00-4.30: Evening 6.00-10.00.
